프랙티컬(이하 "개발자")은 아래 앱(이하 "앱")을 제공하면서 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다. 이 방침은 각 앱이 이용자의 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.
1. 적용 대상
2. 기본 원칙
- 개발자는 앱을 통해 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 개발자가 운영하는 서버가 없고, 회원가입·로그인도 없습니다.
- 광고, 이용 통계(analytics), 크래시 리포트, 추적 도구를 쓰지 않으며 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 사용하지 않습니다.
- 앱에서 만든 데이터는 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 이용자가 직접 켠 경우에만 이용자 본인의 iCloud에 백업됩니다.
- 이용자가 직접 실행한 공유·내보내기·메일 보내기는 이용자가 고른 대상에게 전달되며, 그 뒤의 처리는 해당 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다.
- 앱 구매와 인앱 구매는 Apple이 처리합니다. 개발자는 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.
3. 앱별 처리 내역
SerialMQ
- 권한: 네트워크 연결(발신), 시리얼·USB 장치 접근, 이용자가 선택한 파일 읽기·쓰기
- 기기에 저장: 연결 설정, 매크로, 전송 기록, 차트 데이터(7일 뒤 자동 삭제). MQTT 비밀번호는 macOS 키체인에 저장합니다.
- 외부 통신: 이용자가 설정한 MQTT 브로커로만 연결합니다. 펌웨어 굽기는 이용자가 고른 파일로 기기 안에서만 이뤄지며, 인터넷에서 아무것도 내려받지 않습니다.
- 알아 둘 점: 새 연결에는 누구나 쓸 수 있는 공개 테스트 브로커(
broker.emqx.io, 암호화 없음)가 기본값으로 채워져 있습니다. 이 값 그대로 연결하면 주고받는 메시지를 제3자가 볼 수 있습니다. 민감한 데이터는 직접 운영하는 브로커와 TLS를 사용하세요.
- 구매: SerialMQ Pro 인앱 구매 (Apple 처리)
LightScope
- 권한: 카메라, 위치(사용 중일 때), 사진 보관함에 저장
- 카메라: 카메라 영상은 기기 안에서 조도 등 측정값을 계산하는 데만 쓰고, 어디로도 전송하지 않습니다.
- 위치: 설정에서 이용자가 켠 경우에만 약 100m 정확도로 측정 기록에 함께 저장합니다(기본값은 꺼짐). 이 위치는 CSV로 내보낼 때 포함됩니다.
- 기기에 저장: 측정 기록과 측정 사진, 설정. 홈 화면 위젯은 기기 안에서 최근 측정값을 읽습니다.
- 외부 통신: 없음
- 구매: Pro 평생 이용권 인앱 구매 (Apple 처리)
테이프
- 권한: 마이크 (iPhone · Apple Watch)
- 기기 안에서 처리: 받아쓰기, 번역, 요약은 Apple이 제공하는 기기 내 기능으로 처리하며, 녹음과 받아쓴 글을 외부로 보내지 않습니다.
- 기기에 저장: 녹음 파일, 받아쓴 글, 요약. 제목과 받아쓴 글은 기기의 Spotlight 검색 색인에 들어갑니다. Apple Watch에서 녹음한 파일은 이용자의 iPhone으로 옮겨집니다.
- iCloud 백업(선택, 기본값은 꺼짐): 켜면 이용자 본인의 iCloud Drive에 백업합니다. 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다.
- 외부 통신: 이용자가 추가 음성 인식 모델을 받을 때 Hugging Face 서버(
huggingface.co)에서 모델 파일을 내려받기만 합니다. 이때 Hugging Face는 기기의 IP 주소와 요청한 모델 이름을 알 수 있습니다. Apple 음성·번역 데이터는 운영체제가 내려받습니다.
- 구매: 1회성 인앱 구매 (Apple 처리)
Spatial Converter
- 권한: 사진 보관함에 저장. 영상과 사진은 시스템 선택 화면으로 이용자가 고른 것만 앱에 전달되며, 보관함 전체에는 접근하지 않습니다.
- 처리: 모든 변환은 기기 안에서 이뤄지고, 작업용 임시 파일은 다음 작업 때 지웁니다.
- 외부 통신: 없음
- 알아 둘 점: "공간 형태 유지" 옵션은 원본 파일을 그대로 복사하므로, 원본에 있는 촬영 위치·날짜 정보도 함께 저장됩니다. 3D 형식으로 변환한 결과물에는 원본 위치 정보가 들어가지 않습니다.
스도쿠 제로
- 권한: 없음 · 외부 통신: 없음
- 기기에 저장: 완료한 게임 기록, 진행 중인 게임, 설정
- 알아 둘 점: 공유 버튼은 퍼즐 이미지를, 문의 버튼은 메일 작성 화면을 엽니다. 보낼지는 이용자가 정합니다.
지뢰찾기 제로
- 권한: 없음 · 외부 통신: 없음
- 기기에 저장: 게임 기록, 진행 중인 게임, 설정. "통계 초기화"로 기록을 지울 수 있습니다.
- 알아 둘 점: 문의 메일 작성 화면에는 문제 확인을 위해 기기 모델, iOS 버전, 앱 버전이 미리 채워집니다. 보내기 전에 지울 수 있고, 보낼지는 이용자가 정합니다.
Hashi Zero
- 권한: 없음 · 외부 통신: 없음
- 기기에 저장: 진행 상황, 풀고 있는 퍼즐, 통계(시간·힌트 사용), 설정. "기록 지우기"로 모두 지울 수 있습니다.
- 알아 둘 점: 결과 공유는 이미지와 문구를, 문의는 메일 작성 화면을 엽니다. 보낼지는 이용자가 정합니다.
LLM Bridge
- 권한: 카메라와 사진(질문에 첨부할 때), 로컬 네트워크(같은 네트워크의 서버 찾기), macOS에서는 이용자가 선택한 파일 읽기
- 기기에 저장: 대화 기록(첨부 이미지 포함)과 설정. Claude·OpenAI API 키는 이용자가 입력한 경우 기기 안의 앱 설정 영역에 저장되며, 별도로 암호화하지 않습니다.
- 외부 통신 — 이용자가 선택한 서비스로만: 이용자가 고른 Ollama·LM Studio 서버(이용자 본인의 컴퓨터 등), 또는 이용자가 직접 켜고 API 키를 넣은 경우 Anthropic(Claude)·OpenAI로 다음을 보냅니다.
- 질문, 시스템 프롬프트, 최근 대화(최대 100개)
- 첨부한 이미지(최대 1024px JPEG), 첨부한 문서에서 기기가 뽑은 텍스트(원본 파일은 보내지 않음)
- 이 전송은 이용자의 지시에 따른 것이며, 전송된 내용은 해당 서비스의 개인정보 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. 개발자는 이 내용을 받거나 볼 수 없습니다.
- 서버 찾기: 이용자가 찾기를 누를 때만, 같은 네트워크의 사설 IP 주소에서 Ollama(11434)·LM Studio(1234) 포트가 열려 있는지 확인합니다.
- 알아 둘 점: AI 답변에 외부 이미지 주소가 들어 있으면, 그 이미지를 표시하기 위해 해당 주소에 접속할 수 있습니다.
4. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁
개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 처리를 위탁하지 않습니다. LLM Bridge에서 이용자가 선택한 AI 서비스로 보내는 내용과 이용자가 직접 실행한 공유·메일은 이용자의 지시에 따른 전송입니다.
5. 보유 기간과 파기
개발자가 보유하는 이용자 정보는 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 데이터는 앱 안의 삭제 기능으로 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다. iCloud에 백업한 데이터는 이용자의 iCloud 설정에서 지울 수 있습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 앱 안에서 자신의 데이터를 언제든 확인하고 지울 수 있고, 기기의 설정 → 개인정보 보호에서 앱에 준 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 궁금한 점은 아래 연락처로 문의하세요.
7. 만 14세 미만 아동
앱은 아동을 포함한 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
앱 데이터는 운영체제의 앱별 격리 저장 공간(샌드박스)에 저장됩니다. 개발자 서버가 없으므로 서버에서 정보가 유출될 위험이 없습니다.
9. 개인정보 보호책임자
개인정보 침해에 대한 상담이나 신고는 다음 기관에 할 수 있습니다.
10. 이용약관

이 방침을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 게시하고 위의 시행일을 고칩니다.
Privacy Policy
Effective: 30 September 2026
Practical ("the developer") provides the apps listed below ("the apps"). This policy explains how each app handles your information.

2. Principles
- The developer does not collect your personal information through the apps. There are no developer-operated servers, no accounts and no sign-in.
- The apps contain no advertising, analytics, crash reporting or tracking tools, and do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
- Data created in the apps is stored on your device only, and in your own iCloud only if you turn backup on.
- When you share, export or send an email yourself, the content goes to the recipient you choose and is then handled under that service's policy.
- Purchases and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. The developer never receives your payment information.
3. App details
SerialMQ
- Permissions: outgoing network connections, serial/USB device access, files you choose
- Stored on your Mac: connection settings, macros, send history, chart data (deleted automatically after 7 days). MQTT passwords are stored in the macOS Keychain.
- Network: connects only to MQTT brokers you configure. Firmware flashing runs locally with the file you choose; nothing is downloaded.
- Note: new connections are pre-filled with a public test broker (
broker.emqx.io, unencrypted). If you connect with that default, others may be able to read your messages. Use your own broker with TLS for sensitive data.
- Purchases: SerialMQ Pro in-app purchase (processed by Apple)
LightScope
- Permissions: camera, location (while using), add to Photos
- Camera: the camera feed is used on the device only to calculate readings and is never transmitted.
- Location: only if you turn it on in Settings (off by default), saved with measurements at about 100 m accuracy and included in CSV exports.
- Stored on your device: measurement history and photos, settings. The widget reads the latest reading on the device.
- Network: none
- Purchases: Pro lifetime in-app purchase (processed by Apple)
Tape
- Permissions: microphone (iPhone · Apple Watch)
- On-device processing: transcription, translation and summaries use Apple's on-device features. Recordings and transcripts are never sent anywhere.
- Stored on your device: recordings, transcripts, summaries. Titles and transcripts are added to the on-device Spotlight index. Recordings made on Apple Watch are transferred to your iPhone.
- iCloud backup (optional, off by default): backs up to your own iCloud Drive. The developer cannot access it.
- Network: when you download an additional speech model, model files are downloaded from Hugging Face (
huggingface.co), which can see your IP address and the model requested. Apple speech and translation assets are downloaded by the operating system.
- Purchases: one-time in-app purchase (processed by Apple)
Spatial Converter
- Permissions: add to Photos. Only the items you pick in the system picker are given to the app; it has no access to your whole library.
- Processing: all conversion happens on the device; temporary files are removed on the next run.
- Network: none
- Note: the "Keep it Spatial" option copies the original file as is, including any location and date metadata. Converted 3D outputs do not keep the original location data.
Sudoku Zero
- Permissions: none · Network: none
- Stored on your device: completed game records, games in progress, settings
- Note: Share opens the share sheet with a puzzle image; Contact opens an email draft. You decide whether to send.
Minesweeper Zero
- Permissions: none · Network: none
- Stored on your device: game records, games in progress, settings. "Reset Statistics" erases your records.
- Note: the feedback email draft is pre-filled with your device model, iOS version and app version to help with support. You can remove them and decide whether to send.
Hashi Zero
- Permissions: none · Network: none
- Stored on your device: progress, the puzzle in play, statistics (times, hints used), settings. "Erase records" deletes them all.
- Note: sharing a result opens the share sheet with an image and caption; Contact opens an email draft. You decide whether to send.
LLM Bridge
- Permissions: camera and photos (to attach to a question), local network (to find servers), and on macOS, files you choose
- Stored on your device: chat history (including attached images) and settings. Claude and OpenAI API keys, if you enter them, are stored in the app's settings on the device without additional encryption.
- Network — only to services you choose: to the Ollama or LM Studio server you select (for example your own computer), or to Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI if you turn them on and enter your own API key. The app sends:
- your question, the system prompt and recent history (up to 100 messages)
- attached images (JPEG, up to 1024 px) and text extracted on the device from attached documents (the files themselves are not uploaded)
- These transmissions happen at your direction and are handled under the chosen service's privacy policy. The developer does not receive or see them.
- Server discovery: only when you tap scan, the app checks private IP addresses on your local network for Ollama (11434) and LM Studio (1234).
- Note: if an AI answer contains an external image link, the app may connect to that address to display the image.
4. Sharing and processors
The developer does not share your personal information with third parties or use processors. Content you send to an AI service in LLM Bridge, and anything you share or email yourself, is transmitted at your direction.
5. Retention and deletion
The developer holds no user information. Data on your device is removed with the in-app delete functions or when you delete the app. iCloud backups can be deleted in your iCloud settings.
6. Your rights
You can view and delete your data in the apps at any time and revoke permissions in Settings → Privacy & Security. Contact us with any questions.
7. Children
The apps do not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
8. Security
App data is stored in the operating system's per-app sandbox. As there are no developer servers, there is no server-side data to breach.
